Classes With Anne Robinson

Beginning/Level 1 is appropriate for newer practitioners as well as students who are more advanced. This is very similar to an Integral Yoga Institute Level 1 class. More structural and alignment details are included to help establish intelligence in movement. Anne strives to keep this class a true, all inclusive Level 1.

Intermediate Level is suitable for students who have an established practice, know the vocabulary and how to monitor themselves, and modify postures as needed in a class situation. The focus is on dynamic and unique sequencing. Find your own depth in more advanced asanas. Come prepared to move and enjoy!

Advanced is a quicker/deeper sequence and explanation of progression into inversions, arm balances and binds safely with focus, breathwork and yogic phylosophy.

Deep Stretch is suitable for all levels and those who cringe at the thought of "yoga" It is geared toward people who do too much, too little, have back issues, don't think they are flexible etc., and want to access change. It is fun and packed with good information.

In Home/Private & Semi Private Classes range from Therapeutic, Deeply Rooted Somatic, to Advanced Vinyasa w/ deep investigation and instruction.

Yoga has been proven to alleviate symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and any veteran suffering from PTSD is welcome to schedule private or semi-private yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation classes with Anne free of charge. Members of their families are also welcome in these sessions.
