Summer 2025 in Upstate NY
Find me on a motorcycle trip in Upstate NY this August. Hanging with family and friends, appreciating the beauty of the area and teaching when called upon, are all very important to me.
I'm looking forward to teaching both semi private and group classes of whatever size you like. My signature style of Juicy, Fun, Intelligent, Quantum Vinyasa is always ready to be channeled in as well as Therapeutic Movement and Deeply Rooted Somatic Flows.
Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new friends in the welcoming space of practicing yoga together.
